We are a husband and wife hospitality team with over thirty years combined experience in New York City & on the East End. We are passionate about the details and love all the good stuff with none of the pretense. You can find us exploring farm stands, wandering the beach and enjoying legit wine, stinky cheese, travel and spending as much time as possible outside with our kids, Leo and Vivi.

Hospitality Operations {brains}
Julia has worked in wine and service operations for Union Square Hospitality Group, Batali & Bastianich and Top Chef winner Harold Dieterle’s restaurants. Her cocktails have been featured in the New York Times, Saveur and New York Magazine. She loves good grammar, beautiful flowers and rummaging estate sales.
Phil Conlon
Executive Chef {brawn}
Phil has worked as a chef in restaurants such as Le Bilboquet, Soho House, BLT Steak and Cafe Cluny. He has worked as a private chef and has cooked dinners at the James Beard House. He will search endlessly for the perfect dumpling, has a passion for all things nature and believes you can never own too many cookbooks.
